Come join us for our affirmation and meditation break time. Take a moment to relax, unwind and get grounded!

Affirmations are statements of truth. You are not asking for anything, YOU ARE DECLARING! Imagine the universe as a big giant echo that repeats what you say with a "yes" in front of it and then changes your reality accordingly. So, when you say "I need money" what you get is "Yes, you need money." Not very good joo-joo--just leaves you IN NEED! Try instead "I have lots of money." Hear that echo? It's saying "YES, you have lots of money." And your reality will shift.

This week's affirmation: Clarity

My path is clear and well it. I am guided everyday toward my divine destiny and walk with confidence and courage knowing I am always supported.

The meditation:

I know I am a part of the infinite, made of the very God-stuff that is the universe. I am forever supported, always living in absolute unity with my creator and all that has been created. I know I am lifted up, guided and protected simply by the virtue of my existence. I am in the light of unconditional love and absolute support. I set my intention on clarity of purpose and my divine parent says yes and rushes forward to light my path. I walk in confidence knowing that the lines of communication between my creator and I are fully open, I receive all the information, the support, the small daily serendipitous nudges I need to move me along swiftly and easily. I wake up with clear intentions, live my day with absolute clarity and open myself to receive clear guidance. As I accept it, it is done and I accept it now. So I say thank you. I release my words into existence and know as I have said it, it is done and so it is.



TIP: Always take time to truly visualize in detail that which you want to experience and then feel JOY and GRATITUDE while you are thinking about attaining those goals. You WILL see change happen very quickly...so be prepared!

Health - I am the embodiment of perfect health. I vibrate with energy, health, peace, joy and my body heals itself and replenishes itself with natural ease.
